Type of Unit:  Large number of structural and decorative walls of different sizes, configurations and off-form finishes.

Reason for choosing SCC:  SCC was suggested by the concrete supplier and accepted by the architect and engineer to provide a high quality architectural finish.

Outcome:  The off-the-form finish quality achieved and exceeded the specified parameters.  The lack of vibrators, electrical cables and access platforms on site improved the working environment, which was recognised and appreciated by the construction team.  Although construction savings were not measured, the speed of concreting and reduction in labour costs increased productivity.
